Now that you’ve made a decision to purchase a variable annuity or variable life insurance policy, your next question will be, “What investment options do I have to choose from?” With the products of Ameritas Life Insurance Corp., you can choose from a broad selection of quality investment options from some of the most respected fund management companies in the industry.
Morningstar Monitoring
To help make sure we provide the highest-quality variable investment options, we work with Morningstar Associates, LLC to monitor our entire lineup of investment options. Morningstar’s oversight of our investment options is ongoing. Quarterly, they provide thorough quantitative analysis regarding each investment option’s performance, expenses, and more. If this analysis indicates any problematic or even potentially problematic investment options, Morningstar provides thorough analysis of the investment options’ investment strategies, management and more. As a result of this thorough two-stage analysis, Morningstar may recommend changes to the investment option lineup. Morningstar may also be engaged to select new investment options or managers.
